BLUEBONNETS

If you live in Texas you know that at the end of March and early April is when to get your bluebonnet pictures. Noel in all of his traveling found a perfect spot for pictures. It was a side road with a cement walk-way in between a "sea" of bluebonnets.

Today we went and took our pictures. This is the first year that we have gone and we are going to make it an annual event. When the "safari" gets older we may find a new spot but the spot for this year was amazing. Our friends the Conroy's went with us. The bluebonnets that we found were in La Grange, Texas. Noel pulled up and all you could see was the entire hillside full of bluebonnets.

The weather was great. It was a little windy and there was a chill in the air but there was not a cloud in the sky. The "safari" was perfect; they sat when told to sit and moved when told to move. Yes, Hannah decided that she wanted to try the bluebonnet. We have been praying all week that the weather would be nice and that we would get some good pictures. God is good all the time.

There are more photos to come and I know that the grandparents will want photos to hold so that will come as well. I just wanted to share some of the amazing pictures that we got and give another reason why we LOVE living in Texas.
